What does a membership include?

Both monthly and annual memberships include unlimited play during available open-play hours, plus 15% off birthday packages. Membership pricing is per child.

Private parties can affect open-play availability. Check play times before visiting .

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes! A second child receives 15% off a monthly membership ($42.50/month) or 20% off an annual membership ($396/year). Prices are before tax.

How does monthly cancellation work?

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid being billed for the next month.

What is the annual cancellation policy?

Our published annual membership refund policy is:

  • 75% refund if canceled within 3 months of purchase.
  • 50% refund if canceled within 6 months of purchase.
  • 25% refund if canceled within 9 months of purchase.

Contact us to confirm the refund that applies to your purchase date or for cancellations after 9 months.

Can we visit on weekends?

Yes, during available open-play hours. Private parties may limit weekend availability, so check play times before heading over.

What should we know before our first visit?

Bring socks for kids and adults, and complete a waiver before playing. Children must stay supervised by a parent or adult throughout the visit.
